If you're having specific challenges that you're trying to overcome, or just want life to work even better, coaching can help. Our experienced coaches are highly trained and brilliant at helping you get from where you are today to where you want to be.

We use a blend of coaching tools, most notably NLP - a form of applied Psychology that seems to get very fast and elegant results. NLP isn't about looking backwards unless it helps you move forward. We don't believe that change requires years of therapy or counselling, unless of course that's what you want, in which case we're probably not the people for you. Indeed, depending upon the issue, many people report a significant move forward, even in a single session.

Issues we've successfully dealt with recently include fear of flying, overcoming significant traumatic events, relationship issues, lack of purpose or vision, confidence issues, lack of energy and vitality, finding the perfect partner, weight or debt issues, and career funk to name but a few.     When I was 15 I was held against my will by someone I knew, it was a traumatic experience to say the least. Until I met Neil at a work related training event I had no idea just how much it was still affecting my life (i’m 42 now). He mentioned something about watching a horror film then putting it out of your mind. I didn’t get it, as I couldn’t even watch CSI without my husband being with me and it bothering me for days afterwards! Just a half day session with him has helped me remove barriers that I didn’t even know existed. If you are thinking about giving this a go, for whatever reason I say go for it, you really will benefit from his expertise, he’s made a big impact on my life. I can watch CSI on my own without a cushion now!! I have so much more self belief and confidence that when I was made redundant earlier this year I set up my own company to enable me to continue with the work I love.     I saw Neil for the first time in March this year before going for travelling for three months by myself. I was terrified; convinced I’d get anxious and depressed and have to come home early. After just three hours of talking through a few random life events which I hadn’t thought about properly in years, I came away feeling brilliant. I flew to South America the next day and got through the whole trip without a wobble.

    I’ve since seen Neil for a short one on one session a couple more times this year (either at low points or before specific challenging events) and have always bounded down the stairs afterwards. I’ve had the best year since I can remember – after years of anxiety and depression I’m now in a completely different place mentally – and life has been so much more fun as a result. Seeing Neil that Saturday morning in March really was the start of it. I now feel confident I have the resources to deal with future challenges, and any time I get stuck I know I can call on him.

    I can’t recommend Neil enough; so lucky to have met him.
