How long does delivery take?
We are a high quality coaching and training provider who likes to offer our customers products that we like ourselves. We do not have a shop, and only take orders via our website or at our training events.
We aim to get goods dispatched to customers as soon as possible after their order is placed. However, at most it may take us 5 working days to get orders out. All of our UK deliveries are sent by 1st Class Royal Mail. The majority of these parcels arrive within 1-3 days. But we have had the odd parcel take up to a week by this method recently. But that is more the exception than the rule.
We will keep you posted via email when your order is processed and when it is despatched so you will always be informed of the status of your order.
How much will postage cost?
All postage charges are clearly marked in your shopping basket as you check out. There are no 'hidden extras'. At present we only offer delivery within the UK. All purchases are delivered using standard Royal Mail 1st Class postage, and will be charged using the current prices for weighed items.
What do I do if my goods have arrived damaged?
Should items prove faulty or be damaged in transit, please notify us by email on firstname.lastname@example.org
or call us on 020 313 77 121 describing what the problem is and we will quickly advise you what to do.
We always endeavour to put things right as quickly as possible in the way that you prefer. That is why we find it best to contact us first rather than returning the goods straight to us. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
With damaged goods you will not be liable for any return postage etc.
Can I return products I don't like?
Yes, you can return products you do not like within 14 days. If the product is still in mint condition and you wish to return it after 14 days please email us or ring us first to check. We don't guarantee we will refund after 14 days but will help if at all possible.
Here are some reasons you can return products to us:
1. The product wasn't as you hoped / expected.
2. The product was bought as a gift for someone and they didn't like it.
3. You don't need that product any more.
4. Any reason as long as you get it back to us within 14 days.

In the parcel please give us your name and if possible your order number.
For a full refund of the product purchase prices please do make sure that:
1. The product is in good condition (ie. as it arrived with you).
2. It is well packaged for the return journey, so that it doesn't get damaged.
You will not be refunded the price for postage of the item. Once we have refunded you we will email you to let you know.
Should any items be missing from your parcel when it arrives, or say you ordered 2 of something and you only got 1, then please notify us by email on email@example.com
or call us on 020 313 77 121 saying what is missing and we will get onto it straight away.
What do I do if I have a complaint?
If you find anything unsatisfactory about our products, our service, how you have been spoken to or anything else please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know.
We are not a huge company so your complaint won't be lost in a sea of admin. We take the attitude that unless we solve any complaints to your satisfaction then we will lose you forever, and that’s definitely not something we want!
So please tell us and let us do our best to resolve the problem.
If you do have cause to contact us please tell us the nature of the complaint and, if appropriate, what you would expect from us in order to resolve the complaint satisfactorily.
We will aim to acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days (often sooner though) and you will be given the name of the person who is handling your complaint. We would normally expect to fully resolve the complaint within 2 weeks of the initial contact, but normally much sooner.
